Colleen Nelson, Document Specialist

Colleen is a Florida-native who studied both Communications and Behavioral & Social Sciences at the University of Central Florida. After graduation she moved to Nashville to pursue music and escape the humidity. Colleen worked a few jobs in Nashville and focused a lot of energy into discovering her passions. After some time at TikTok, Colleen realized her interest in tech, social media, data analytics, and design. She decided to take a risk and invest in her professional future by leaving TikTok and pursuing further education out here in California. Since that move in Fall of 2022, Colleen has learned UX strategies, web/graphic design skills, project management efficiency, and additional computer science knowledge.

These skills have opened doors for Colleen to be able to transition into the finance industry. There is so much opportunity to bridge gaps, simplify experiences, and ease anxieties in personal finance. As a resident Ravenclaw and Virgo, Colleen is excited to work and learn with RBM and our clients.
